Refund Policy

We strive for customer satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with our course, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Refund Eligibility:

Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds are granted only if the course has yet to be accessed. Course access is granted once you've created your username and password in Skool to grant yourself access. Unfortunately, given the fact that the course is completely available once you log in, refunds are no longer available once you have taken this action.

2. How to Request a Refund:

Email contact@emysacademy.com with your purchase details and a request for a refund.

Allow 5-7 business days for processing.

3. Non-Refundable Items:

Any additional products or services purchased separately from the course.

4. Refund Method:
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
